  What I did
  - OMS v2: orders separated from payments, partial and Health Wallet payments, Kafka fulfilment. ₹15L+ / month.
  - Coupon rule engine on json-rules-engine, with a visual builder, test runs and approvals. 150+ sales in 5 days.
  - Catalogue & Pricing service: SKUs, city and state pricing, employer-sponsored and upgrade pricing.
  - Lead CRM with insurer APIs for quotes, payment links and policy tracking. ₹7L+ / month.
  - Moved Health Checkups and Telehealth from synchronous REST onto Kafka.

  What I did
  - Led the reimbursement claims revamp. NPS went up, and users wrote to the CTO about it.
  - Cashless Claims: FCP under 750 ms, LCP under 1.2 s, Lighthouse ~94.
  - Next.js and Chakra UI upgrades, automated with custom codemods.
  - Introduced unit testing, mentored new engineers, interviewed SDE-2 and SDE-3 candidates.
